“This place was so nice! We got upgraded to lakeside room with no extra charge. The weather was not cooperative for lakeside sitting.. but we plan to come back when it is nicer weather!”

“The hotel needed repairs, leaking windows in room. We asked staff for extra pillows and the ones in the room were very small, we were told no. Staff was not friendly at check in and we were ignored when w walked in. Whirlpool jet were not working so unable to use. Pool and whirlpool need to be refinished.”

“Clean, quiet…easy check in. Great communication pre check-in. Beautiful setting/area. Will be back…”

“New ownership is fantastic! Loved our stay. Pool and sauna were great. We will be back.”

“The room was not clean at all. Stained linens, stained carpet, broken A/C unit. Smell was horrible. Pool and hot tub were mucky looking. Will never book here again.”

“The bed was very uncomfortable, too much stuff in a room to get around, breakfast was served after we left. Breakfast could have been earlier. Proprietor was very friendly and accommodating. I don't think I would do a bed and breakfast ever again. Not for me.”

“Extremely nice, clean, quiet motel on the edge of Hayward, WI. Our first time staying here and we definitely will return. The owners are super nice and helpful. The motel was newly remodeled and very nice. Excellent beds! Nice area with a fridge/freezer, microwave and Keurig. We loved our stay here and have already recommended it to others.”

“Easy access to the things I needed to do.”

“Stayed in this cabin for three nights with my 12 year old dog for a little R & R. I can't say enough great things about this cabin. It was super cute, clean with everything I needed. The wooded area on Hayward Lake felt very private even though it was close to town. Very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Walking/biking path ran along the edge of the property. Bed was very comfortable. Heat and ac in the cabin with easy to use instructions. Check in and out process was easy. Great……

“the room was clean but in need of some updating and minor repairs such as new caulking in bath/shower area. I was in a room that had the bars in tub area for easier access and a higher toilet that I liked plenty of room in both bathroom area and sleeping area. Food served there was good but a bit pricey. It was located in a good central area to access to other places of interests”

“The pictures are very accurate of what the cabin looks like. The lake view is amazing! Visiting in October, it was nice and quiet even with most of the other cabins booked. Matt was very communicative before, during if needed, and after stay.”

“We liked the property and the cabin was fine. Management was not available and there was no communication. The grounds were in need of up keep. The weather was tremendous. All in all we had a good stay because we are simple folks that know how to enjoy ourselves.”

“We enjoyed the cabin very much h.It was quite and relaxing just what we wanted. The area was beautiful. Will definitely recommend to others.”

“We were provided zero communication with the check in process until we reached out, still had to clarify which cabin we were in. Owners were kind enough to allow us to check in early to attend family functions. TV did not work, was not provided wash cloths, no oven mitts provided, and cobwebs galore over the entire walls. Warm water in the shower ran out after 10 mins. Appreciate providing a coffee maker, utensils, plates, and working appliances, a/c, heat, bedding, pillows, and decent space.”

“Great little spot. We enjoyed our stay!! and it’s an easy walk home from dinner downstairs haha”

“Super fun location. Walking across the street to the beach was great to have plus the play ground at the beach. Plenty of room to play for the kids. The house was set up nicely to sleep our family of 6.”
